Hanse Merkur Grundvermögen AG has acquired the office skyscraper “Sign!” in Düsseldorf harbour for the open-ended real estate fund “HMG Grundwerte Büro Deutschland”. Frankonia Eurobau Düsseldorf Hafen-Office GmbH was the developer of the project.
Large boulder salvaged on construction site at Schinkelplatz
Excavations are currently underway on the new Frankonia construction site on Schinkelplatz in Berlin, where a boulder measuring about 120 cm x 80 cm has been found by a construction worker. The origin of the rock, which is being stored separately, is unclear.
Friedrichswerder Church: No cracks as a result of construction

The first phase of construction on Schinkelplatz, which was begun at the end of October 2015, has been completed: the preconstruction in the form of a pile wall (Berlin wall) along the property boundaries and the preparation of the guide walls for the diaphragm walls.
