More than 1,000 perspective buyers and neighbours visited Heinrich Heine Gärten on Hansa Allee in the first weekend of Advent. In the cosy pre-Christmas atmosphere guests could find out about the new quarter and its development over cookies and hot punch.

The visitors were impressed by the progress in Heinrich Heine Gärten as they were taken on tours of the site through the first phase of the development, which is just nearing completion. The scaffolding has almost disappeared and every day it is getting greener and greener around the city villas, “maisons” and town houses. The lawn has been rolled out, the trees planted, and next week the new owners will move in to many of the apartments. Most of the guests were impressed with the wonderful interiors of the apartments, the harmonious architecture and the level of comfort that awaits the new residents.
