More than 1,000 customers, prospective customers and neighbours visited Sophienpalais in Sophienterrassen on 17th March and took the opportunity to look behind the façade of the building before construction starts on it. In cooperation with the Office for the Conservation of Monuments and Historic Buildings this historical building will be cautiously gutted and carefully restructured and modernised with the addition of two-floor penthouses on top, called sky decks. The tours through the Palais gave the visitors the last chance to see the former commandant headquarters from the inside before building begins. Here elegant and well proportioned city apartments and penthouses will be created. In a short presentation the main concept and comfort of Sophienpalais was presented with its concierge service, the private spa and the Club Lounge.
