We are delighted to invite you to welcome in spring with us in Heinrich Heine Gärten on 25th and 26th May 2013 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. In the merry month of May the gardens of our unique city quarter are dazzling with abundant blossoms especially Loreley Park with its verdant waterway. We will open our new show house this weekend, and we look forward to having the pleasure of presenting one of our very special properties to you. Here 220m² of living space awaits you on three floors with a terrace and access to the underground car park. On these two days you will of course have the opportunity of joining one of our guided tours. In which you will get an introduction to this development and the range of properties on offer here as well as the concierge service, the resident’s lounge and the fitness and sauna area.

Sales of the office building, on the “Campus”, are also over 50%. One third of the apartments in Sophienpalais, the former commandant headquarters have already been sold. Full tax relief for the protected building can still be availed of until building begins in the winter. Currently work is in progress on the 5,700m2 “Harmony Square” on Mittelweg. Frankonia are investing a total of €6 million on the artistic landscaping of the green spaces.
