In Sophienterrassen in Hamburg the first residents of the town houses have moved in. While work on the outside landscaping is going on at full speed, inside some of the townhouses and park villas it’s beginning to look very homely. On the 1st July the first apartment was handed over to its new owner and the Sophienterrassen concierge service began. Ilka Mitschke is the personal contact person for all of the residents and offers a full range of services. Apart from offering support when moving in and registering with the local authorities, she will bring the post, do the shopping or get fresh rolls for breakfast. The next removal vans will be arriving in the middle of August and then we can welcome the first children to Sophienterrassen.
