On 13 October an article about international residential developments and their profitability appeared in the London Sunday Times. “People want to know they are getting good value in locations that are in high demand and offer good rental potential.” Sophienterrassen in Hamburg was the only German project mentioned along side developments in Switzerland, France, Portugal and the USA under the heading: “Here are the 20 new projects that represent the best of what’s on sale this autumn”.
