Great strides are being made in Hamburg old town: On the Burstah Offices and Lofts building site they are working round the clock. (See photo)

Work on the facade will begin at the beginning of November. A sample facade was build especially for the lofts. Work on the roof will begin shortly, then they can start on the interior fittings. Most of the apartments have been sold and there are even tenants for some of the offices. From the roof of the penthouses on top of the building the future occupants will be able to enjoy a spectacular 360° view across Hamburg including the new Elbphilharmonie.
