Penta Investments GmbH inaugurated their prestigious new offices on the 5th floor in Montgelas Park, with a successful party for 100 guests on 20th November 2013. The company is the first leaseholder to move in to the complex. Penta Investments GmbH signed the lease for their office space in July 2013.

The pharmaceutical company ASPEN Europe GmbH will be the next company to take up residence in 14 Montgelas Straße. In February 2014 they will be followed by Figge + Schuster AG, an international marketing agency. FRANKONIA Eurobau warmly welcomes the new leaseholders!
