Berlin is once again a little more beautiful: The historical Palais Theising in Berlin’s Mitte district was renovated in November 2013 and the work has been completed. The building, which is listed under a protection order due to its classical architecture, restores Behren Strase in part to its original appearance. Not only Berlin should celebrate: The 10 exclusive apartments in Palais Theising can now be handed over to their owners.

The Palais Theising completes the first phase of a new premium district close to the elegant boulevard “Unter den Linden” and opposite the Komische Oper Theatre. Another architectural highlight is the office building Palais Behrens. In summer 2015 the capital city studios of the television station RTL will move in. “It’s a great boon for us that the capital city studios of the media group RTL is moving in to our premium offices. In the next few months we hope to welcome other leaseholders to our first-class location, who would like to have the prestigious Palais Behrens as a flagship for their agency or company”, said Dr. Dorkas Ehrbeck of FRANKONIA Eurobau.
