The companies that have already moved in to their exclusive offices in Montgelas Park are to have a prestigious new neighbour: SwanCap, a subsidiary of Uni Credit that focuses on Investment Management, will set up their new offices in Montgelas Park in April. The new leaseholder will have a total 663 m² of modern office space at their disposal.
