Serviced Apartments in Andreas Quartier go on sale
Studio and one-bedroom apartments in Düsseldorf’s old town with rental service by Frankonia Eurobau AG scheduled for completion by mid-2016
Frankonia Eurobau, the leading property developer for new city quarters with residential and commercial properties in the premium segment, has launched the sale of the new City Apartments in Düsseldorf’s Andreas Quartier. The 95 studios and one-bedroom apartments with sizes ranging from 30 to 80 square meters are suitable for investors and will be completed by the middle of 2015. In addition, buyers can have the apartments furnished by Frankonia Eurobau and they can be rented as so-called “serviced apartments” as required.
“Our apartments are ideal for singles and commuters who are looking for quality living space in a prime downtown Düsseldorf location,” said Benno Untermaubach, branch manager of Frankonia Eurobau in Düsseldorf. The new Andreas Quartier is located directly on Ratinger Straße in Düsseldorf’s old town. Frankonia Eurobau has been developing the approximately 18,200-square-meter site since early 2013. The project will include a total of 373 residential units, offices, restaurants and retail space. In addition, the complex will have its own underground car park with 635 parking spaces.
Investment opportunity with rental service
Frankonia Eurobau offers investors a private rental service for the new apartments, which will look after the leasing and management of the residential units. “This takes the onus off investors to ensure that their property is rented,” explains Untermaubach. “Of course, there is nothing to stand in the way of using the apartment oneself,” continued Untermaubach. The offer is valid for unfurnished city apartments and fully furnished serviced apartments alike.
No task too small or too large for the concierge service
For future residents of the apartments there is also a concierge at hand, which is led by Raffaele Sorrentino, former Head Concierge at the Hotel Adlon. The services on offer include for example, a fresh rolls service, the concierge staff can run errands to the post office or drycleaners, accept packages or organise theatre or concert tickets at short notice.
Düsseldorf: a location with high potential
Andreas Quartier is Frankonia Eurobau’s second foothold in the North Rhine-Westphalian capital. A few kilometres away Heinrich Heine Gardens, a development with around 300 apartments, is being built and will be completed by 2015. “Düsseldorf offers us exactly what we are looking for, for our exclusive projects: buyers with a sense of beauty. The city is characterised by a unique standard of living and a fantastic environment with the Rhine as the pulse of the region,” says Benno Untermaubach.
