Frankonia Eurobau AG celebrated the topping out ceremony on Monday for the office and residential complex Palais Behrens in the Mitte district of Berlin. The project will include the new Capital studio of the television stations RTL and n-tv, from where they will broadcast from the middle of 2015. In addition, a corner building on Glinkastraße has already been restored and will include a total of 17 apartments. Frankonia Eurobau (among others) is investing around €76 million in the project.
