According to the latest report in the Westdeutsche Zeitung newspaper, Andreas Quartier in Düsseldorf's old town is taking shape. Where only about a year ago there was a barren space, now almost the complete shell of the new development can already be seen. The new Andreas Quartier development is directly on Ratinger Straße in Düsseldorf's old town. Since the beginning of 2013, Frankonia Eurobau has been developing the site, which stretches to approximately 18,200 square meters, into a total of 373 residential units, offices, restaurants and retail space. In addition, the complex will also include its own underground car park with 635 parking spaces.
