“Trophy properties”– are high quality properties in prime locations for demanding investors. According to a current report by the online business publication handelsblatt.com, FRANKONIA Eurobau’s Sophienterrassen and Andreas Quartier are among the 15 most highly sought after properties in German cities. This was the result of recent comparative research and analysis into property in German cities, carried out by the real estate company Engel & Völkers and Handelsblatt Online, using data on property prices as well as other relevant factors relating to location.

Handelsblatt Online published the results of their analysis on 25 September, in which they reported that FRANKONIA properties fulfil all the criteria for so called “trophy properties”: they fully adhere to modern building standards; are in prime locations; have exceptional views; and offer large, well laid out and prestigious homes in spacious and exclusive residential developments.
