The shell of FRANKONIA’s new Andreas Quartier in the centre of Düsseldorf's old town is finished. Six weeks ahead of schedule, this important milestone in the building of the new residential and commercial development on Ratinger Straße can be celebrated. In the next step, the façades will be built, so that visitors and future residents can see the beauty of the architecture that will soon grace the neighbourhood. In this second phase of the building of Andreas Quartier, extensive work will be carried out on the former District Court. Currently, experts are carefully restoring the roof, in order to ensure sustainable interior quality for the future use of the building.
