On Saturday FRANKONIA Eurobau opened a new Concept Store on Ratinger Straße for Andreas Quartier, a new development in the centre of Düsseldorf’s old town. Here prospective buyers and interested parties can get information about this new quarter situated in a prime location in Düsseldorf, the state capital of North Rhine Westphalia. Andreas Quartier, encircled by the streets Ratinger Straße, Mühlenstraße, Liefergasse and Neubrückstraße, will include elegant apartments, modern offices and retail space. The quarter will in fact return the area to its original historic character and use, as this was a residential district as far back as the 14th century. However, when the royal administrative court was built here residential life was pushed out of the heart of the old town.
