The investment potential of the most important property locations in Germany have been compared with each other for the first time in a recent rating of real estate locations published by the business publication Handelsblatt Online and the online property sales website ImmobilienScout24. The scale ranges from AAA locations with excellent investment prospects to D locations with the highest investment risk. The analysts certainly agree on one thing: Düsseldorf has locations of outstanding quality. No other city in North Rhine Westphalia has such a high concentration of outstanding real estate areas. The district of Heerdt where FRANKONIA Eurobau’s Heinrich Heine Gärten is currently under construction received an AA rating for its excellent position. In this prime location in the centre of Düsseldorf, the new quarter offers residents and visitors a mix of peace and urbane life with easy access to the centre of Heerdt, with its excellent shops and restaurants. Neighbouring Oberkassel, and The City of Düsseldorf, on the opposite bank of the Rhine, are also only a stone’s throw away.
