Thanks to the location ratings of the online property magazine Handelsblatt Online and the property website ImmobilienScout24 the investment prospects of the most important real estate locations in Germany can now be compared with one another for the first time. The analysts agree: Düsseldorf is an outstanding location. No other city in North Rhine-Westphalia has such a concentration of absolutely top locations. In addition, both of FRANKONIA Eurobau’s projects, Heinrich Heine Gärten in the Heerdt district and Andreas Quarter in the old town, are in very good locations. “As capital of North Rhine-Westphalia and service centre for the state, Düsseldorf is of supreme importance for the entire region”, says Jan Heber, Head of Research and Analysis at Immobilien Scout 24, in the Handelsblatt Online report. Both areas are to a large extent perfect for owner-occupiers and investors.
