The architecture magazine squaremeter has tested an apartment in FRANKONIA Eurobau’s Heinrich Heine Gärten development, in the January issue. Among all of the properties tested the FRANKONIA apartment received the best rating. According to the magazine’s assessment, it complies with high architectural standards and at the same time conveys a feeling of comfort and security.

The assessors rated the classic floor plan of the 130m2 apartment as “very good”. It creates an excellent feeling of space, at the same time offering practical advantages, thanks to many well thought out elements.

The squaremeter experts particularly highlighted the concierge service, which provides support to residents around the clock. The concierge liaises with trades people and cleaning service personnel, or takes in deliveries if residents are not at home. In addition, the concierge service improves security, which is a very important factor for many city dwellers.

The imposing lobby serves as a meeting place for residents and is of course very impressive when welcoming visitors. The result is a way of life one might expect in a grand hotel – homely yet sophisticated.(“squaremeter” magazine 01/15, p 74-78)
