Cut-e GmbH rents space for its new headquarters

Cut-e GmbH has signed the lease for around 920 m2 (9,903 ft2) of office space in FRANKONIA Eurobau’s Grosser Burstah for its new headquarters. The company is the international market leader for web-based tests and questionnaires for recruitment and training. Cut-e GmbH was located in the centre of Hamburg in the past and will move its headquarters to FRANKONIA Eurobau’s new development in September 2015. Jones Lang LaSalle GmbH acted as agents for the letting. The biggest tenant in the building is the Funke Group, publisher of the Hamburger Abendblatt daily newspaper, amongst other publications.

At the beginning of the 20th century Grosser Burstah was known as one of the most exclusive shopping streets in the Hanseatic City of Hamburg. Thanks to “BID (Business Improvement District) Nikolai-Quartier”, an urban renewal project initiated by the Hamburger Behörde für Stadtentwicklung und Umwelt (Hamburg Authority for Urban Development and Environment), the area will regain the status it once had. FRANKONIA Eurobau’s Grosser Burstah development is one of the key projects in this renewal process.
