FRANKONIA Eurobau and the Düsseldorf event caterer noi! have developed a new restaurant concept for the Andreas Quartier in Düsseldorf's old town. The plans include two restaurants, a bar, a small supermarket, a café and a food market within the new city district. According to the Rheinischer Post newspaper the historic entrance hall of the old district court will play a central role in these plans, it should be transformed into a central meeting place for locals. The new district could become the new “in” area for the city, says the report.
