Wall of Freedom
The artist HA Schult designed the colorful "Freedom Wall", which was unveiled together with Lord Mayor Thomas Geisel and Uwe Schmitz, CEO of FRANKONIA Eurobau, in front of the building of the co-working provider "Spaces" in the Andreas Quartier. "Freedom is the good that we have to fight for. The Wall of Freedom is Düsseldorf's answer to the attack on our inner freedom." Thousands of citizens of the city were called upon to name their of freedom - thus inspiring HA Schult to create this great work of art.
Nuhr im Andreas Quartier
The Wellem Düsseldorf has exhibited premises selected works of renowned artists such as Leon Löwentraut, Jeff Koons, Stephan Kaluza and Julian Schnabel. The concept is a tribute to the the patron of the arts and elector Prince Elector Jan Wellem. A special art highlight can be found in the Terrace Art Suites on the fifth floor. At Home
In April 2016, the Andreas Quartier opened its doors to the public for the first time when it became the center of the art campaign "Daheim - At Home: das Wohnen kommt nach Hause". Life-size sculptures by the well-known artist HA Schult were the first to move into the Andreas Quartier. The collaboration between the Düsseldorfer
Jonges, FRANKONIA Eurobau and the artist Bert Gerresheim to honor a legendary Düsseldorf patron of the arts with a monument is an initiative of significant cultural and historical relevance. Stephan Kaluza - The Rhine Project
