Together with the real estate marketing specialists around Marc Kömmerling (CDMN), FRANKONIA Eurobau has been developing its own films for project developments since 2006. More than just animations, they staged the uplifting lifestyle of FRANKONIA Eurobau's real estate brands with well-known voice actors and storytelling. But they were not just an innovative marketing tool, they also gave residents, decision-makers and journalists an emotional impression of the developers' vision. As well made and as far ahead of their time as the films were, they were ultimately always overshadowed by the built reality.
